Disassociation, card only

A powerful tool that one can employ; though caution must be observed. To disassociate is to break free of that which causes harm. To disassociate may also sever ties to that which heals and nurtures.

The art of balance is key; like tuning into a different frequency. Sometimes one must focus on the static in-between the clear channels. Tune out. Listen and meditate with one’s authentic self. What does one need to let go of, to detach from? And when one is ready, let them tune in again.
