⛤ How long until my order arrives?
Orders are usually shipped out within a few days to one week. Everything is hand-made and some are made to order. If a piece that is made to order will take longer than one week to ship out, I will send an email as a courtesy.
Once shipped, most domestic orders may take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive; depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
⛤ What do I do if my order is lost or damaged?
Unfortunately once I release packages into the care of the mail service, I also release any control over it. If this happens to your order, please contact your local postal service. If a package is lost due to an incorrect shipping address, I will not replace the order. If the package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, I will refund your order minus the cost of shipping and then restock the item(s) in my shop.
⛤ How does international shipping work?
To keep the cost of international shipping down, I use Pirate Ship's International Simple Export Rate. All international orders are redirected through their fulfillment center so you're paying about half of what you would if I didn't use their service. Unfortunately there is a bit of a delay since your package has to go through their fulfillment center. The delay can be a bit annoying, but the cost reduction should be worth it.

⛤ Please allow up to a week for shipping. Intentional Offerings is just me; your patience is appreciated.
⛤All EU customers will be responsible for paying VAT fees when it arrives in your country. I am NOT collecting VAT fees; so your order may be held up in customs and you may be required to pay an additional fee on your purchase. If your order is returned to me due to you not paying your fees, I will refund your purchase minus the cost of shipping.
⛤International orders are currently taking longer to arrive and sometimes your tracking numbers never update, please order at your own risk! I use Pirate Ship's Simple Export Rate that keeps shipping costs low, but re-routes orders through a shipping facility. Sometimes the tracking numbers they provide you aren't actually the ones that end up on your order, but they are on their way to you!
⛤ If your order is returned to me due to a wrong address, I will refund your order minus the cost of shipping and then restock the items in my shop. Please double check your address when placing an order.
